This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our facilities. You will oversee food court operations, maintain high standards in housekeeping and pest control, provide logistics support for visits and events, and set up and maintain guest accommodations.
Hospitality & Events- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food court operations and coordinate with vendors for seamless internal catering.
- Maintain high standards in housekeeping and pest control across designated areas.
- Provide logistics support for visits and events, ensuring exceptional hospitality.
- Set up and maintain guest accommodations (ECC), including dorms and health club facilities.
- Lead Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery Efforts:
- Lead emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as part of the business continuity process.
- Support Internal Meetings and Conferences:
- Support internal meetings and conferences with top-tier logistics.
- Manage Landscaping and Voice Communication Operations:
- Manage landscaping and voice communication operations.
- Coordinate Logistics for Company Project Events:
- Coordinate logistics for company project events.
- Deliver Travel Services:
- Deliver travel services aligned with service level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Travel Agent Compliance:
- Monitor travel agent compliance with ticketing rates and corporate agreements.
- Implement Cost-Control Strategies:
- Implement cost-control strategies to optimize travel spend.
- Operate the Facilities Helpdesk:
- Operate the facilities helpdesk and ensure timely processing of bills and vendor payments.
- Track Inventory and Manage Asset Logistics:
- Track inventory and manage asset logistics.
- Liaise with Vendors:
- Liaise with vendors for prompt delivery and invoicing.
- Conduct Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance:
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Manage Civil Maintenance and Water Systems:
- Manage civil maintenance and water systems (fresh/waste).
- E nsure Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence across engineering services.
- Deliver Safety Induction Programs:
- Deliver safety induction programs for employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain Comprehensive Records:
- Maintain comprehensive records of HSE incidents and drive continuous safety improvements.
- Organize Training Programs:
- Organize and award training programs based on the approved technical matrix.
- Foster a Culture of Learning:
- Foster a culture of learning and growth within the facilities team.
- Oversee Daily Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the transport desk.
- Review Transport Reports:
- Review transport reports and ensure service-level adherence.
- Supervise Dispatch Activities:
- Supervise dispatch activities including segregation and courier functions.
- Standardize Work Location Services:
- Standardize work location services for efficient operations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Skills and Qualities:
- Familiar with financial and vendor management processes.
- Working knowledge of industry tools and operations.
- Understanding of facilities, HSE standards, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with attention to quality and feedback.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Able to start ASAP.
