Facilities Management Professional


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management service, you will be responsible for providing expert support in managing facilities operations, including maintenance, fire safety, mechanical and electrical services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of assigned site facilities management and operations plans, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
  • Manage downstream supply chain activities, including supplier relationships and administration.
  • Prepare and present facilities management reports, including site status, performance, incident and cost reports.
  • Support budget estimation, tracking and reporting, as well as prepare work orders, purchase requests and vendor payments.

Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in customer-facing or customer-service roles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with client relationship experience.
  • Good coordination skills to balance competing priorities and demands.
  • Energetic and proactive, with basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
