Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and helpdesk operations.

This role involves centralizing all logs and requests, providing superior call logging services, and dispatching them to the appropriate department. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with respective assignees and monitoring their response time.

In addition, the Facilities Coordinator will be required to prepare daily and weekly reports on call status, as well as monthly reports on recurring calls. They will also assist building engineers in conducting analyses and contribute to the monthly management report for our clients.
