We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting daily store operations. This includes greeting and assisting customers, answering product inquiries, and handling transactions at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment
  • Handle cashiering and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Support in visual merchandising and store promotions
  • Assist in receiving and checking new stocks
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the store supervisor

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in clothing or retail sales
  • High school graduate or college level
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Trustworthy and team player

Benefits:
