Job Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, conducting quality assurance audits, and analyzing metrics to enhance the effectiveness of HR services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, training methodologies, and data analysis tools. They will be able to design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees, managers, and business units.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They will be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development and Delivery: Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for HR Services team members, employees, and managers.
  • Quality Assurance and Process Auditing: Conduct regular quality checks and audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR services, training development, quality assurance, or data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
