Job Overview:

As a seasoned Recruitment Specialist, you will assume a pivotal role in building robust partnerships with stakeholders, overseeing recruitment operations, and supporting our Talent Acquisition Team. Your responsibilities will encompass proactive candidate sourcing, administrative support, and ensuring alignment with our corporate values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders by understanding their hiring needs and proactively recruiting candidates who meet the required skills for each position.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with maintaining recruitment files, accounts, trackers, templates, and guides to ensure efficient operations.
  • Operational Representation: Represent the Talent & Culture Group by partnering with Operations Programs, Client Services, and Business Development to support organizational growth and expansion.
  • Culture Promotion: Uphold and promote our corporate ELITE Values, contribute to maintaining an Awesome Culture, and foster a productive work environment that aligns with our organization's vision.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders, promoting a positive work culture, and upholding our organization's values.
