About the Role

BDO is looking for a Dayforce Talent Consultant to join our team and help deliver innovative workforce management solutions through the Dayforce HCM platform. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of Dayforce Talent implementations—from gathering requirements and configuring solutions to providing post-go-live support.

You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, configure Talent modules, and ensure smooth deployments. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior consultants, and act as a subject matter expert in Dayforce Talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Dayforce Talent modules.
  • Partner with clients to capture requirements and translate them into practical configurations and process improvements.
  • Configure and tailor Dayforce Talent features to meet client objectives and compliance standards.
  • Conduct client workshops, facilitate training, and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.
  • Offer expert advice to team members and serve as a trusted consultant to clients.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Keep up-to-date with HCM industry trends, Dayforce enhancements, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of Dayforce implementation experience, with a focus on Talent modules (Recruiting, Performance, Succession Planning, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse client requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and HR/talent management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting solutions and facilitating workshops.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Recognised expertise in Dayforce Talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Pay: Php41, Php50,000.00 per month
