- Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation support.
- Coordinate and process referrals from hospitals, clinics, and case managers.
- Communicate effectively with case managers, patients, and internal staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant in a healthcare-related role is required.
- Familiarity with insurance processes, referrals, and prior authorizations in healthcare is necessary.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and EMR software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
