We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.
The Opportunity:This position offers flexibility and is critical to ensuring smooth operations by documenting and routing support tickets to the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact for technical support, receiving and reviewing incoming requests, creating detailed support tickets, communicating with end-users, and maintaining professional communication.

- Prior experience in healthcare IT helpdesk or customer support.
