The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ensures the organization's fiscal health by leading all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, investment, and compliance functions. It safeguards resources, monitors revenues and expenditures, and delivers accurate, transparent financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. The office coordinates with all departments to align financial activities with corporate goals, manages funding and capital requirements, evaluates growth opportunities, and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. Working with the CEO and Board of Directors, it drives sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and sound fiscal governance.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for ensuring the organization's fiscal health, providing strategic leadership over financial operations, compliance, and planning. This role builds and leads a top-performing finance and accounting team, supports business growth initiatives, oversees investment and funding activities, and partners with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide long-term financial strategy.
