Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring the effective management of our resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the development and implementation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective financial management and control
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, donors, and partners
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial reporting and analysis
