We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries
- Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
- Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools
- Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential B2B clients
- Capture and report customer feedback to inform future outreach strategies
