
Business Development Lead

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that involves collaborating with senior business development professionals to drive high-quality prospecting efforts and streamline account operations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in media sales and prospecting, with proven experience in lead validation and database maintenance. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is also required.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to work flexible EST or PT hours is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and validate high-quality leads for key accounts using our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Conduct prospecting efforts to ensure accurate data records and prevent duplicates.
- Maintain database accuracy, ensuring up-to-date records and preventing duplicates.
- Prepare outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Business Development Managers to drive successful strategies.
