Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and service escalations across all projects. This role requires strong operational management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

  • Standardize performance management, onboarding, and support team managers by ensuring timely feedback, coaching systems, and improved overall team performance.
  • Manage internal and external knowledge bases (FAQs, Operations Manual), collaborating with frontline teams.
  • Track issues, bugs, and service escalations across projects within our platform, ensuring documentation and remediation.
  • Monitor task management for best practices, coach teams on new initiatives, and review metrics.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Facilitate discussions to address operational issues and provide project progress updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.
