About this Role

We're seeking a detail-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support cross-functional teams. This analyst will organize workflows, manage datasets, and drive process improvements by collaborating with finance, sales, HR, and IT departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in data analysis, and comfortable working with evolving tools. They should be eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced company.

  • Manage and maintain accurate and accessible information across multiple departments.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Maintain documentation for accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and business modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
