Business Optimization Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving operational excellence through the optimization of tools, systems, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving company-wide tools, like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot to support scalable operations.
  • S streamlining workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Conducting analysis and maintaining dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making.
  • Assisting with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization.
  • Contributing to internal and external audits, supporting reviews on the application of operational standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
