Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive business growth and improvement through strategic planning, process optimization, and technology implementation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, as well as developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents and user manuals
  • Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus
