The HR Manager is a strategic professional responsible for overseeing human resource operations across multiple business units. This role requires adapting HR strategies to different industries while ensuring consistent delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
    • Focus on technical roles, marketing positions, and hospitality staff.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes in collaboration with department heads.
HR Policy Development and Compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan employee engagement activities tailored to each business unit's unique environment.
Performance Management
  • Implement performance review processes ensuring fair evaluations and goal setting.
  • Design customized performance management systems to match each business unit's needs.
Learning and Development
  • Identify training and development needs across all business units and implement relevant training programs.
  • Ensure all staff have opportunities for professional growth and development based on their role and industry.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration for all business units.
  • Work with finance teams to design competitive compensation packages.
HR Technology and Systems
  • Implement and manage HR software and tools to streamline HR operations.
  • Ensure HR technology is scalable and adaptable to the specific needs of each business unit.
Strategic HR Planning
  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Support organizational growth by forecasting staffing needs and developing succession planning.
Diversity and Inclusion
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all business units.
  • Lead initiatives that support cultural sensitivity particularly in diverse environments.
