About the role
Southern Arms Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and strategic objectives of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing
Proactively sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and the ideal candidate profile Maintaining a robust pipeline of talent and providing regular updates on the recruitment process Onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practicesWhat we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the manufacturing or defence industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, applicant screening, and interviewing methods A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering exceptional resultsWhat we offer
