Human Resources Generalist Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage HR compliance tasks, oversee employee records, and ensure payroll processing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored HR policies and procedures to support company growth, while handling onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Address employee inquiries and guarantee compliance with US labor laws, track expenses, and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
A strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, experience using tools such as QuickBooks or Xero, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills for creating and analyzing financial reports is highly valued.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in managing US-specific HR tasks, including contractor and employee compliance.
- Proficiency with ADP for payroll processing and proficiency in using Booker for booking systems (desired).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to navigate sensitive discussions professionally.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, flexibility, and adaptability to handle shifting priorities and workloads effectively.
