Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Program Implementation: Provide human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Documentation and Reports: Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations, coordinate employee satisfaction surveys, and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise, serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
  • Education and Development: Educate employees on HR processes and policies, approach each day and task with a 'ZAG' mindset, and other duties as needed.
