Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistRole Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to employees by addressing queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Effectively resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily HR cases and track resolution times to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks with efficiency and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including pre-boarding activities, orientation sessions, and mentorship programs.
  • Develop and implement engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and deliver training programs for new joiners, assess their needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
  • Manage payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations, update HR policies, and conduct compliance training.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare leadership reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
  • Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits platforms
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools
  • Process documentation and SOP creation expertise
  • Proficiency in audit and compliance tracking
  • Project management skills for process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
  • Empathy and active listening skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing HR policies and business needs
