Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Generalist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR expert to leverage their expertise in policy administration, talent management, and employee relations to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, performance management, and diversity initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR programs that support business objectives, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will also provide support for recruitment, staffing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training, and development, records management, safety, and health, succession planning, and employee relations.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, combined with at least 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, is required. Expert-level working knowledge of MS Excel, fluency in English, and proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems are essential.

A collaborative mindset, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, are vital for success in this role.
