We are looking for a Front Desk Support Professional to provide exceptional customer service experience.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. You will identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member. You will also provide general information about our services and processes when applicable.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years)
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate our company structure and team functions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
