Job Overview:

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to resolve complex software and hardware issues. With excellent customer service skills and a strong drive for results, you will work efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions using your expertise in Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.

  • Collaborate with an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to address technical inquiries.
  • Develop a positive support experience by interacting with internal customers at various levels within the organization.
  • Monitor personal and team queue incidents, utilize request ticketing systems, and ensure timely updates are provided to consumers.
  • Contribute to knowledge article creation and updates.

To excel in this role, a bachelor's degree in any IT-related field is required, along with at least three years of experience as an IT Service Provider. Familiarity with service desk ticketing tools and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and related technologies are essential.
