Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead Generator who can create a qualified sales pipeline and book discovery calls by managing inbound leads, running outbound campaigns, and qualifying prospects against agreed criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all inbound leads including speed-to-lead, triage, and booking next steps.
- Run targeted campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling.
- Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria, capture detailed notes, and set clear next steps.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
- Collaborate with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content.
- Provide regular reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.
- Excellent written and verbal English; strong persuasive communication skills.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools.
- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
