We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our pioneering team. As a key member of our sales processes, you will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up valuable meetings with healthcare decision-makers.
- Prospect and qualify leads - Identify, research, and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Initial outreach - Engage prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to AI solutions.
- Schedule meetings - Arrange discovery calls and product demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- CRM management - Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales teams - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand offs.
- Market intelligence - Gather feedback from prospects to improve messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed goals - Consistently meet or exceed activity targets for calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in similar roles, ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, results-driven approach.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and other sales technologies.
- Skilled in time management and task prioritization.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team success.
