  • Job Summary:

As an Auto Finance Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions to customers.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored auto finance and refinance options to customers based on their needs

• Deliver superior customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted

 

Customer Engagement:

 

  • Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their financial situations and provide recommendations for auto finance and refinance solutions

• Offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience

• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

 

Loan Processing:

 

  • Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve 60+ outbound phone calls and 3-5 hours of talk time with texting and emails

• Maintain a deep understanding of products to offer and explain additional options to customers

• Develop sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products
