The primary responsibility of the Accounting Officer is to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of financial collections and payments, as well as maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify financial transactions through online bank statements to ensure accurate recording.
- Issue receipts and update collection-related information in the BYD LU Sales Transactions monitoring tool.
- Collect due and overdue accounts from banks and financing companies and update customer account status accordingly.
- Perform account reconciliation and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Open new bank accounts for corporate use and facilitate online enrollment for banking services.
- Prepare checks and online disbursements for timely processing and settlement.
- Update bank balances for cash flow management and prepare invoices for release.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in the auto industry.
- Willingness to perform field work and travel domestically for deployment and assignments.
