Finance Department Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leader to oversee our finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment within the finance team.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Allocate responsibilities and set clear objectives to ensure team success.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analysis and Insights: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communication: Provide insights into financial performance and trends to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
