The finance sector is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where professionals play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial programs aligned with business objectives and growth plans, fostering collaboration and driving cross-functional synergy.
  • Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, establishing KPIs to measure success and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and leaders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities related to program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and course correction.
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and barriers to program success, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the finance organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus, gain buy-in, and foster collaboration in support of program objectives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
