Job Title:

A Customer Support Representative position is available in a remote setting.


About the Job

This role involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and customers worldwide, engaging with companies from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with customers and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to write clear and concise messages, both in written and verbal form.

You will work closely with the Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to pass on customer feedback and challenges.


Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Advise customers on how to use the software effectively to meet their needs.
  • Track customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product's functionality.
  • Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deal with large customers.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a support knowledge base.
  • Conduct product demos for prospects.
  • Perform onboarding and account reviews for existing customers.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to remember important customer information.
  • A growth mentality and self-motivated approach to learning and development.
  • Familiarity with technology, particularly CRM systems and helpdesk tools.
  • Availability to work a standard business schedule (8am-5pm UTC+8).
