
Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via chat, email, or phone. You'll handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with professionalism and friendliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations at once.

Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications)
