- A minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or Veterans Affairs roles.
- Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
