The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.


About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a remote team and support patients in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, responding to patient text messages and emails, and returning patient phone messages through the answering service.

The role also involves scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (training provided).
  • Proficiency with office software, email systems, and document management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive patient data.
