Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic outreach and engagement. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor their approach to suit diverse customer needs and preferences.

  • You will engage with prospective customers via frequent outbound calls, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs, identify pain points, and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Account Executives.
  • Develop and send personalized and impactful email sequences to nurture leads and generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, including logging sales activities, updating lead statuses, and organizing data.
  • Research target accounts and industries to identify key decision-makers and tailor your outreach approach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and share insights.
  • Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent outreach and able to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
  • Proficient with CRM software and eager to learn new sales tools and technologies.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is a plus but not required.
