Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media outreach strategy to engage with potential clients and build relationships.
  • Utilize various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Respond to all comments, mentions, and direct messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, including metrics and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media outreach or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices.
