Business Development Associate Role
This associate will play a pivotal role in managing outreach efforts and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Google Workspace to conduct research, manage email campaigns, track responses, and optimize outreach strategies for business growth.
The associate will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Utilizing Google Workspace tools to track and analyze outreach efforts
- Ensuring accuracy in tracking leads and client information
- Liaising effectively with prospects and internal teams
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates
- A basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
Bonus points:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms
Work Arrangements:
- This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week
- Collaboration with the Creative Director and other internal team members
- Fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for on-camera meetings
