At 1840 & Company, we're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales appointments. This part-time role is designed for proactive and self-driven individuals who are familiar with outbound outreach best practices.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Use cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients.

  • Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile.

  • CRM Management: Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.

  • Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.

  • Positive Responses Generated

  • Sales Meetings Booked per Week

  • Meeting Quality (Fit and Engagement)

  • CRM Hygiene and Responsiveness

 

Requirements:
  • 4 + Years of Experience in Sales Outreach, Appointment Setting, as an SDR Role

  • Must Have Working Knowledge with Business Acumen and Sales Methodology

  • C2-Level English (Spoken and Written)
