We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to play a vital role in retaining and developing high-potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.
About the Role- As the lead point of contact, you will onboard new clients and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Proactively research client needs, build long-lasting relationships, and effectively handle escalations.
- Forecast account metrics, review sales reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth opportunities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Project management skills, graphic design knowledge, and understanding of print & manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client obsession, acting like an owner, boldness, data-driven decision making, and constructive debate.
