Job Overview

A Senior Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of virtual assistants, ensuring their performance aligns with clients' expectations and drives business success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day operations of client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets, enhance productivity, and boost profitability.
  2. Collaborate with clients on task lists to optimize workflows and achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Work with clients to grow their businesses through medical services, leveraging our global expertise and capabilities.
  4. Lead client-VA management efforts, mitigating concerns, anticipating growth opportunities, identifying patterns, and resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
  • Preferrably holds a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management (Operational Processes), with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can perform under pressure, work effectively in a team environment, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Preferred: one year of Training and Development experience, with a focus on leadership development.
  • Ability to think critically, create innovative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Efficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Open to night shifts, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

    3. Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura operating system.

    5. Camera capable of clear video output.

    4. Headset: Optional USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  3. Power Supply - UPS Option
    1. Capable of powering workstation for at least 3 hours.
    2. Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will suffice.
    3. Accepts all required plugs to maintain primary device and work environment.
  4. Primary Internet Connection
    1. Minimum DSL/Fiber connection speed of 8mb/s.
  5. Backup Internet Connection
