
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Partner to spearhead our efforts in targeting and acquiring institutional partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing business development initiatives that align with our strategic growth plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure partnerships with educational institutions, leveraging your knowledge of the education sector and its complexities.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of emerging trends and industry developments.
- Develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients, creating compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing your strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate win-win deals.
- Present and pitch our platform to educational leaders, highlighting its potential to enhance student engagement and academic performance.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to our partnerships team for onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, fostering trust and rapport with senior academic stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.
- Actively work to expand existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for upselling or introducing new features and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
