
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead our sales proposal and presentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the proposal response process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Subject Matter Experts, to generate proposals and presentations.
- Define win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content.
- Manage and communicate proposal development and production schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure proposals conform to TTEC's style guide and client specifications.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in leading proposal response processes, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Proven ability to collaborate with and lead remote teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the contact center world.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
