Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth in the Asia-Pacific region. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales who want to build a career in SaaS and HR Tech.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and engage with new leads through online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Keep CRM records up-to-date with lead and client information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns.
  • Gain knowledge of our HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
  • Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
  • A strong desire to learn, with high self-motivation and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
