Administrative Assistant Role at Panoptik Global



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations in assigned areas of work.
  • Advise colleagues on organizational and departmental administrative procedures and practices.
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and technical documents according to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and workshops, preparing necessary materials and briefings.
  • Monitor and record receipt of deliverables, initiating and monitoring payments as needed.
  • Assist in budget and financial management, providing timely information on project and task budget ceilings and expenditure.


Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions is essential. Relevant experience in government organizations and Oracle-based systems is an asset.
