Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At Panoptik Global, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, inventory, and database management.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and workshops, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with procurement, including initiating contracts, monitoring receipts, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, including tracking income and expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions.
  • Relevant experience in any government organization is an asset.
  • Experience in Oracle-based or other ERP systems is an asset.
