About the Job Opportunity- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant who can prepare documents for property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents tailored to clients' conveyancing needs, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work.
- Compose professional emails, letters, and other correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
- Update terms and conditions to align with legal standards and client requirements.
- Encode and update information in client file management systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Verify document contents for settlement figures, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with settlement parties to ensure smooth transactions, effective communication being essential.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Political Science, Philosophy, Management, International Studies, Foreign Service, Legal Management, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise expression of ideas.
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Confident communication with foreign counterparts, bridging language and cultural gaps.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision, underpinning all work and interactions.
- Effective task management and prioritization, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Proactive organization and ownership of responsibilities, driving results and growth.
