Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to serve as an administrative advisor to our Sales Team in Mindanao. The ideal candidate will support the Area Sales Manager and enable them to make decisions aligned with company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales files, execute administrative functions for the regional Sales leadership team, including preparing supply requisitions, maintaining stock, and raising purchase orders.
  2. Serve as the HR point of contact in the Sales Office, handling all travel arrangements for Directors, Managers, and visitors in the area.
  3. Plan and coordinate company events by liaising with internal and external parties.
Requirements
  • A college degree is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, ability to work independently, and good numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills are necessary.
Work Details

Location: Subic Sales Office

Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, flexible start time from 8:30 AM
