Impex Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process BOC/PEZA-related permits and documents for constructive, air/sea import, and air/sea export shipments.
• Monitor truck movements from pick-up to delivery of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collect original and certified true copies of client documents for the preparation and attachment of import/export permits.
• Assist trucks loaded with import/export cargoes in the Customs clearance area.
• Handle booking of ETRACC via the VASP system.
• Send VGM details to the KWE Ocean Export Operations Team.
• Maintain accurate records and files of all processed documents for future reference.
• Liquidate daily processing expenses.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Top Management.

Job Qualification:

• Open to male and female applicants
• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
