• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Plan and manage marketing activities, including property launches, open houses, and promotional events.
• Liaise with sales teams, brokers, and partners to ensure effective marketing plan execution and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify local property trends to refine strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Uphold brand consistency and property image across all marketing materials.
• Manage and grow digital presence (social media, website, property portals) with engaging content.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• While experience (or a significant internship) in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is a strong advantage, we enthusiastically welcome applications from entry-level candidates and recent graduates eager to start their marketing careers in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media advertising, analytics) and MS Office. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a creative mindset; excels both as a collaborative team member and an independent contributor.
