Overview Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Associate, driving innovative marketing strategies for exciting real estate projects across the Philippines. You\'ll promote properties, engage buyers, and contribute directly to sales success in this key market. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and strategies. Plan and manage marketing activities, including property launches, open houses, and promotional events. Liaise with sales teams, brokers, and partners to ensure effective marketing plan execution and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify local property trends to refine strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Uphold brand consistency and property image across all marketing materials. Manage and grow digital presence (social media, website, property portals) with engaging content. Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field. While experience (or a significant internship) in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is a strong advantage, we enthusiastically welcome applications from entry-level candidates and recent graduates eager to start their marketing careers in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); ability to create compelling marketing content. Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media advertising, analytics) and MS Office. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
